1. eligibility for returns

  • We accept returns for orders shipped within the United States only.
  • The item must be unused and in original condition.
  • All original packaging, manuals, and accessories must be included.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

To start a return, please contact us with:

  • Order ID
  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Photos of the item (especially if damaged or defective)

Email us at Support@naftillia.com. If your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return label if eligible.

4. condition of returned items

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these criteria.

We do not charge restocking fees.

  • Defective or damaged items: Full refund or replacement at no cost.
  • Other returns: Return shipping is your responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or variant, follow the return process. Once we receive your item, we’ll help you place a new order. Exchanges are subject to availability.
